Something similar to this occurred to me while I was assisting another visually
impaired individual with their laptop. After running MalWareBytes, the computer
would say that it was connected to the network but would not connect to
internet using either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. After

There is no reset key on the Dell Latitude near the power button.
When, outlooks freezes, so does jaws.
Next time, I'll try dumping jaws and I bet you the key command is going to
do nothing.
