I tried unloading JAWS when I encountered my problem with the Outlook
calendar, but JAWS didn't do a thing. It was frozen. Now, I'm wondering if
I should do a JAWS 11 repair. I looked in the installed JAWS folders, and I
can't find maintenance and I can't find a repair option. What do I do now?

I definitely would not use AVG for my anti-virus program. I always kept AVG
updated. A couple of months ago, there were two computer Trojans on my
system that AVG did not discover -- Super Anti-virus did.

I downloaded my original JAWS 11 and update from the website, and I did not
have to activate the Research It references.
