If you made that change in the default settings then you will also need to go into the Word and Outlook settings and make that change in those individual applications. For some reason when you make changes in the default settings it doesn't change them in Word, Excell and Outlook.

I have been having the same problem with my authorization. Normally if I go to the Jaws window, then to, utilities and then to, re-initialize authorization that takes care of the problem. It doesn't mean that it won't happen again, it just keeps you from using another authorization.

Bill, When you unzip the WinMX file you should have a list of Jaws script files. Just do a control a to select all, go to your start menu, programs, Jaws 10, Explore Jaws settings, and finally to, Explore my settings. Copy those files into that folder. Close the folder and that should do it.
