Very interesting. I have a Dongle way back with Jaws 8. Will it still work
since I have the same authorization key if I install Jaws 18? I'd forgotten
I had this Dongle until we started talking about it.

This is a laptop, though, and I'm not noticing any other anomalies with the
keyboard, but I could always use a Bluetooth keyboard.

Sounds like you have a dodgy switch under your keyboard's letter G.
Turn you keyboard upside down, and give it a controlled but ascertive shake.
You could also spray clean air under the keys, but, do not spray anything
onto / under the keys other than clean air.

silent. I have no idea what is going on, but know it has to do with the
Letter G. To get out of that dilemma, I have to unload then reload Jaws.
Thanks for any ideas.

I'm finding in Windows 10, I no longer have this option. Is there a
short-cut key combination I can now use without going into the menus
hierarchy?
Thanks, as always for your help. I have been saving up my issues for such a
list as this. (smiles)

the normal functions of those keys is to unload and reload Jaws.
I am not sure what I am doing to cause this to happen, or the fix. I have
called the Microsoft Windows support, but no solution. The expertise on
this list is appreciated. Any ideas would be welcome.

Oh, Jim, I would love to hear from you, once you use FB messenger with
Chrome. I have had issues with the edit boxes. I, too, love Chrome, but
have not figured out how to deal with the FB messenger interface or lack
thereof, hahaha!
Thanks.

Click, and it will bring up alternative browsers, if IExplorer is on your
computer, you will find it there and can click on it.
I am having other issues with Windows 10, and will ask about them here, but
I managed to switch browsers as described above.
Thanks.
