I'm using Orion and the problem doesnt occur anymore. It was one of the
first things I checked when evaluating it. Orion reports the source of the
problem rather than raising the 'Attempt to clear a buffer' exception.

Apparently IE5 has a bit of a browser caching bug.
If I have the following meta tag at the very bottom of my html it fixes my caching
problems. In the document I read it said that if the meta tag isnt at the very bottom

hello. I am trying to configure jserve/apache on an NT4 box. i cant seem
find a good copy of the jsdk. the ones that i download from sun either say
"not a valid win32 app" or they just dont do anything at all. any ideas?

The problem is that the tripId variable is always null. If I call
request.getAttributeNames() it returns an empty list.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? This is driving me up the wall.

I have the following situation
I want to call a servlet from within my JSP page and then do something with
the result.
The servlet returns an XML string which I want the JSP page to break apart
and insert various bits into several XML data islands on the HTML page.

in the jsp I want to code

Hey All!!!
My JSP interface utilized a lot of frames. When ever I switch between the frames, they go back to their original states. Is there an easy way to save the state of the frame so when I switch between different frames that the frame doesn't reload?
