In October I reported that creating a GEDCOM of part of my family file had a strange result – any female with Mrs as part of an AKA name became Mrs in the individual information view. E.g Jan BROWN (maiden name) marries John SMITH. AKA is recorded as Mrs Jan SMITH. All is as it should be in the

Susan, I don't know much about this but OVER is Event Over-Ride. It does not seem to be a default for GEDCOM 5.5. One thought I have is that you may have checked the box on the individual screens to include these details in reports. Ron Ferguson

Susan, The _OVER tag is the event sentence definition. It's not one of the tags that you should see exported in the Gedcom 5.5 format - are you sure that's the format you've selected? When I exported to Ged 5.5, I didn't see that tag at all. I'm surprised that WorldConnect is importing it.
