I haven't done it in a while, but go to the address labels in the reports, then use the choice Group fields on one line. importing into Excel just needs to use its delineating tool. Hi Gene and all, From my limited knowledge I don't think that Gedcom 5.5 supports these tags. To my knowledge Legacy does not provide the function to export Lat/Long data as notes from the Locations. A work-around might be to place the lat/long data in the notes to the PLAC tag in the Gedcom.

It is in the Miscellaneous Reports, Address Labels, choose Text file, not screen printer. Keep the quotes. Save, print one page for use as a tool. When opening the file in Excel, it will ask how delimited, use the quotarion marks. It should hopefully line up the first time. Good luck, Rich --- Sal

Hi Jennie; I think that is a very good request. In the Individual list there is an ability to do this under the 'Search' menu at the bottom. You have "Show Tagged (Tag#)" and "Show Untagged (Tag#)" among others If you had these filters on the Marriage list, it would make things a bit easier.
