I've reported this as a possible bug. I did some more tests that show I can get rid of the problem by unchecking the option include married names. Similarly there is no problem if the name list is sorted on RIN (with married names displayed) - but then clicking on Given name or Surname to change

I don't think you'll get pictures in fan charts any time soon. That requires sophisticated image manipulation (rotation of many image types by X degrees) that isn't (yet) a part of Legacy. If you can save the fan chart as a very high resolution image, then you could use a graphics/photo editor

To globally change locations you can do it through Search Replace - under Search on the toolbar. In Find Where select Lists - Location and then put the old and new content in the other two boxes. You obviously have to be careful that you make the search so it only picks up the items you want.
