The All Caps surnames is really an obsolete standard if you are using a computer to record your genealogy. It dates from the days of typewriters and hand written records. The current practise is to enter your surnames in mixed case. It is easy for the computer to display those mixed case surnam

When you bring up the dialog when you run the report, select the tab that say's standardizations (There are 5 tabs btw). Down in the left corner at the bottom it say's "Surnames Entered All In Uppercase", uncheck that box and the Potential Problem report will bypass all the surnames in uppercas
