What actually happens is that any RIN deleted will be available for a future person added in. In the past, it would assign in reverse order: If numbers 78 432 12 are deleteed in that order they will be reassigned in order 12 432 78. Laura, I would suggest that you enter the RINs and MRINs in the User ID fields under the Individual's Information and Marriage Information windows. That way, those numbers won't get blown away. There's no way to turn that option off other than using the Standard Edition. It's a Deluxe feature.
