Small problem. I have Adobe Acrobat Writer 5 and Acrobat Reader 10. I only use the Writer to open documents if I need to do something special with them. Default for pdf's is set as Adobe Reader (10). When the pdf's are on my Desktop or anywhere in the computer, including in the Family Tree Folder

Cathy I relinked through the Media Relinker Tool - it advised me there are three media files missing which I can deal with later but the files I have opened are not the ones with the missing media - it also happens on some of the Media Gallery when I try to slide the bar across to make the picture

Is there a chance we can get this back again? Having the single and double click removed and the hovering action moved is very aggravating - there also seems no easy way to view each child of a parent as you used to - when you click on the child it automatically pops up to the main screen in Family

As Paula says - go t the Picture Centre. There you can enter all of the details on the picture, attach it to a person, and subsequently attach it to as many other people as you want. It takes a bit to get the hang of it but I have done it numerous times and it saves a lot of time, effort and energy

Re Settings don't stay. I may be wrong on this but my setting seem to stay very well. I would prefer someone from Legacy to come in on this but if I go to the Index settings, Set the columns the way I want, right click on the header row, then click on Customize (which brings up Index View Columns)
