From SCREEN_08=shell on the client, run:
grep nbd /proc/mounts
If you see a line like
/dev/nbd0 /rofs squashfs ro,relatime 0 0

No correct that way. More correct is: I was unable get my question right.
And I got one thing wrong: the consoles F1-F6 are running locally on the

Try running this on the server as root:
ltsp-update-sshkeys
What confuses me is, that according to:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToCookEdubuntu/Chapters/LTSPManagement
the command should return messages about creating new ssh-keys, which in
my case isn't the case.
and I figured

Hi,
hope I don't double post here, but found nothing relevant to me.
I'm running a Debian Lenny server (i368, 32bit) in my LAN.
I wanted to change back to LTSP from X2Go and did what ist suggested here:
http://wiki.debian.org/LTSP/Howto
But this ends up in different environments for the server
?
Do I have to install all applications again in the chroot env?
Do I copy or link the existing /home dirs?
Honestly I thought using the ltsp-build-client command would transfer
all this into the chroot of the clients.
Maybe this was wrong (because x2go does this)

No. Did you run ltsp-build-client and try booting a client? Do this,
log in as one of your users and see how it works.
Thats what I expected

Hi Jonathan,
any group settings I miss?
Try running this on the server as root:
ltsp-update-sshkeys
Did that, runns without error (or any message at all).
But, no I didn't (work)
Perhaps XOrg issues?
Then reboot the thin client. That will probably do the trick.

If you need multiple clients running
simultaneously then RDP is probably the most efficient way.
But this will only be supported by server versions of windows, right?

I just found out:
If you have any win game/edutainment etc., which needs directX Support,
you are finally done, I think (Last try is VMware, I think...) and a

I had no success so far in running this card on one client.
