Hello Angus and Developpers of lyx! Thanks for the help. I am now very deappointed because I tried the patch and it chenges nothing. So I compiled xfroms 1.0 in a special directory. So I do not get any more the warning message during ./configure but I still get the same bug at 'make install' time.
