This is fixed now. See the layout file attached. The fix was to add: Preamble \usepackage{amsthm} EndPreamble to the layout file. Yes, sorry. That's elsewhere in the ams class files. Put that in the theorem environment and it will be picked up

This is fixed now. See the layout file attached. The fix was to add: Preamble \usepackage{amsthm} EndPreamble to the layout file. Yes, sorry. That's elsewhere in the ams class files. Put that in the theorem environment and it will be picked up
