I am used to using article with *\usepackage{amsmath, amsthm} in latex.
I have tried amsart in lyx but it doesn't do the author/address the way
that I need. The problem with just adding the packages in the preamble
using article seems to be that I have to then use ERT for all theorems

figure in a lyx document. Despite choosing "clip to bounding box" the
whole image is shown in lyx. When viewed in postscript the image is

As far as I can tell pdflatex can not directly handle included
postscript files. If you don't realise this in lyx 1.3.2. and attempt
to view->pdf (pdflatex) you get a whole selection of rather odd errors

Is there any way to change the font size in lyx with prosper. I have
tried layout->character then smaller but it doesn't seem to do anything.
This is in a theorem and proof slide if that makes any difference.
