Document Class: report
Line spacing: Single
Page layout: A4
Headings style :plain
Two sided document
Margins: Top: 45 mm
For me the solution for that is to use in the preamble the package
\nccparskip for to have the same skip between paragraphs all over the
document.

This can be changed by adding two lines to your preamble. First, add
the "super" option to the natbib package. Make sure to change your
