You know what, I never got VoiceOver to work properly in Preview. I open
a document and nothing in terms of navigation. Perhaps it's just the way

What I do is select all in preview and copy it to the clipboard with copy the
last grace to the clipboard. Then I paste it in Textedit and I read it OK.

actually did work quite well, for what it was. I don't really prefer the

To select text in other places rather than an edit field, you just need to set
your rotor on the mode you will select; let's say, words, sentences, lines, etc.
When you have it, just pace your cursor, with your finger flick down or up at
the start of the block of text you want to select.

classic example) odd glyphs are used. For example, fi in PDF produced by
LaTeX can cause problems.

OK you know when you pinch your thumb and finger together!
If you put them at the beginning of the word you wish to select and keeping
them on the screen just open them or to deselect put them on screen opened and
pinch together!

easier to get a straight line movement with out making the interface think I'm
doing a roter. Also, it doesn't get confused with the up and down swipes and

The answer is that the standard USB port specification doesn't provide enough

If I may chime in here, this app seems to have received rather poor reviews
overall. I haven't actually tried installing it yet, mostly on account of these
reviews, but would encourage anyone interested in such a thing to look for
another program with a little bit better feedback.
