Just curious here, but will the Recovery partition be able to do that? I
thought that because the partition resides on the same disk as the OS, Disk
utility is unable to scan everything. You might have better luck doing what
Sarah suggests from a bootable backup.

what can be achieved with VoiceOver. At present, VO cannot see lists, footnotes
