from ~/Library/Preferences should resolve your Apple Mail issue. As Shawn
mentioned, you will need to recreate these accounts which should be a pretty
straight forward process.

yes you can select equipment from the deluxe version When you are inputting a
recipe in the mac gourmet editor it will allow you to select equipment but I
don't know of any way to do that when clipping a recipe. You could clip it and
then go back and add the equipment if you wanted to do that.
You might also try go-shift-c. This will copy the last thing vo said, so move
it to the pdf's text, go-shift-c, then paste it into your document. I haven't
tried this personally, but it is worth a shot.

I can't say for sure. I've loaded Windows into a virtual machine using Remote
Disk, no problem. I tried to play a DVD in iTunes using the same setup, and it
refused. Google has plenty on the subject, so you might want to look up the
exact type of thing you are planning to do. Still, Remote Disk

It was the ability to get nutritional information on a recipe that sold me on
the app. However, I am just in the importing of my recipes mode, so I will
