I think you are correct. Just having a MC, Visa or Amex card alone is not sufficient. It has to be issued by one of the supported banks which they list as "including" Bank of America, Capital One Bank, Chase, Citi and Wells Fargo. So they imply there are others, just not mentioned. In the press

How do you successfully run and VDA and or jaws using VMware fusion? My caps lock key doesn't work. Whenever I use it, and VDA said caps lock on, caps lock off. Is there a way to make the caps lock key unusable, or maybe you have to press it twice to be able to turn it on or off or something? e

Apple invented and use HTTP live streaming; they only need to offload one copy of the chunks from their origin server to each global edge node. That load could easily have been tested ahead of time, IMO, so I'm not sure I buy this bit about the Internet not being ready for an Apple live event.
