The first question is true, using Siri, you can dial numbers, and send text
messages is possible using your voice.
I don't believe there is a keyboard scrictly for dialling, however.

I know exactly what you mean since back in 2010 I was determined I was not
going to get a phone without buttons. However, now that I have my iPhone, there
is no way I'm going back. It just takes some getting used to. You can use the
onscreen keyboard for dialing.
