Now is the magic part, need to seat the bearing, so spin the hub/rotor
and tighten to hand tight and just a bit more.

Why are you pulling the rotors and bearings? Why not do the brake job and
drive it until the proper grease arrives? Mean while get more info on the
amount of grease and the proper tools to set the bearings.
Maybe I missed something.

Sure, as long as you are very careful not to let any dirt get in the
bearings or grease. It is done all the time. I'm convinced 90% of
the bearing repacks are charged for but never done. Unless you do it
yourself! Then you KNOW it was done, or in this case, not done yet.

Maybe you can help me understand something? Certain people are not
allowed to vote - felons, illegal aliens, under 18, dead people, etc. How
are those people weeded out of the voting process? I assume when someone
fills out the voter registration card they can lie about thos
