Yesterday I had time to get to the DMV office, which was finally open after
the Christmas holiday, and completed the paperwork to register and license
the $500 wagon. Very long line at the DMV, but I have to say they are very
proactive / engaged, and only sucked up an hour of my time for the pleas
So the loophole seems to be mailing a firearm. Maybe get together the
paperwork and box with your home address on it, unload and stuff the weapon
in the box, carry it all to / from the PO as needed. If challenged, "Hey I
was thinking about mailing this weapon, but I changed my mind.".

Nice, enjoy!

Craig - Send me your VIN so I can see which part number comes up for your

I bought my Vertx pants around 2010 or so. Nine years of service long
enough for you? The price is rather steep, some re-sellers will have a
sale now and then for 20% off or so, but given the long life, I'm not going
to hesitate too much when I buy some replacement pairs.

I really like Vertx cargo pants, because the cargo pockets are more
discrete and perfect for carrying a smart phone and a small notebook. I
wear these with a nice shirt to work (unless I need to wear a jacket and
tie, then I put on real dress slacks).

My current theory is that the bypass goes with the heated wiper washer
fluid bottle. The bypass pipe parts are noted in the EPC to go with the
heated bottle.
Does anyone have a 124 diesel with no heated wiper washer fluid bottle?
I'd like to know if your monovalve set-up includes the heater bypass
Well the mystery deepens. Looking up a generic E300, instead of searching
by VIN, a different monovalve comes up, and it is forward compatible with
many later cars from 1995 up until 2011, including 210 E300 with OM606,
both turbo and non-turbo. Looking at the 124 2.5 models, 1991 used a

I compared the '94 gasser monovalve to the '95 E300 monovalve, and the
major difference is that the E300 version has a bypass around the heater
core, so the valve is two-way and either feeds coolant to the heater core
or bypasses the heater core. Gasser has no bypass, so the valve is simple

Diff is only connected to subframe. I think you've hit all the right
points.
I've got a spare subframe (no diff or axles) you can have if you want to
drag it away from SC.

Approach with caution. I think I've dealt with Kenny before, was not
pleasant to talk to. Maybe he was having a bad day. He had a nice 124 2.5
turbo on craigs list some years ago, someone asked me to get the
particulars on it, after 1 phone call the interest from the potential buyer
