I've had better luck with Goodyear hoses; they fit MUCH better than the gates ones, and look spot-on compared to dealer hoses. Gates pre-formed hoses for some applications were off even 20 years ago (IIRC, upper radiator hose for an 82 Ford LTD (midsize, not fullsize), 3800 V6.) -- John W
