The only way the big 3 heavy duty truck buyers is going to consider a
toyota heavy duty/diesel whatever is if the price is just so cheap cheap
cheap as to not be able to pass up trying it, and assuming the quality

Yeah the Matador was bone ugly! It looked kind of like a Studbaker Hawk
modernized by a moron.
I remember the commercial with the guys in the driveway. The one that
had to say, Gosh Dan, that's beautiful should have got an Osc for the

most likely not be interested in a toyota. As it stands now, people are
really big into their brand, Ford, Chevy, or Dodge. I just dont see

The toyotas aren't a bad choice for people who just want to be seen in
a truck and haul bicycles around, but for serious work, they are rated
too close to their limits . Americans are used to TRUCKS that you can
overload way beyond sanity and not hurt them.
