I received a new AV710 today in my quest to get digital audio from myth. However, before I attempt digital audio, I'm trying to simply use analog output, and I'm having problems with no sound after pausing or fast-forwarding the video. I'm using a Mandriva 2005 system, running PVR150/250 cards.

i just skimmed my dish 322 manual and it looks like you are out of luck. you can change both channels to rf, but not ir. get two 322s for the myth backend, then you can use the other two rf channels for other rooms. it would cost the same as getting two 311s.

ok, maybe not, I put back the original DVD that I noticed the problem with(The OC Season 2 Disc 1) and I still see it, its quite bad. But a couple other dvd's (of movies) didn't show it and I don't see it in my HD stuff.rather confused. I'll let it be for now.--SteveIs that not an interlacing issue
