Guys, This is not particular to Mandrake Linux. But thought could use this to get answer. I have a router installed and configured to 10.0.0.2. But in usual modems without routers, the local hosts are directly accessible through by typing the IP address from outside machines. But since the

I think you could be helped out by a couple network tutorials (or simply buy a good book about setting up a network). Reading the manual of your router will help you a lot too... This is all about IP addresses and Port numbers. Your router receives the IP address from your Internet Service
