Hello
Thanks for response. Sorry for the confusion. I'll try again. When I
boot the system the login menu shows user 1, user 2, user 3. Users 1or
2, my wife and I, get the following error messages when I log in to KDE
under either user. Message 1: Could not read network connection list.
All the kde screensavers in /usr/bin, the one with a name beginning with
a 'k' (which stands for kde I presume) doesn't appear in the screensaver
list under XFCE4. Is it possible to add them and use them with XFCE4? I
suppose it's possible since I can launch them by hand in a terminal but

I compiled this package with debug off, but if you really want to get to
the bottom of this, I could make you a special package with debug on and
then help you run it from within gdb so the devs can get a proper backtrace
on your problem. Let me know if you want to do that.
Thanks Greg,
Hi all!
I have an unusual problem on my Acer Aspire 2023WLMi (a Centrino
laptop), and I hope someone of you can help me.
I installed (from dvd) Mdk 10.1 Official. Installing goes straight, and
he recognizes and configures pratically each device. First reboot goes
ok, and everything works well,
well the errors make complete sense, a file isn't writable if it doesn't exist
and each file mentioned is relative to the /home/user1(2) directories that
have been removed, kde needs files in the users home directory to start, it's
interesting that you can start icewm without a home directory
