Yes, once replication occurred I got the expected behavior. Getting GPO's from different DC's explains the painfully slow logins for this user. 3-4 minutes applying user settings (from the remote DC). Is there any way to ensure that my users get their GPO's from the DC at their location?

Thanks all, yes there was another name and I e-mailed that person and he never responded. So I called tech support back and was told I would be contacted "shortly" for resolution. It only happens to be a critical system. That was hours ago. Microsoft could learn a lot from Sunbelt's support.
