When I talked to HP support about my issue, their only suggestion was to update
the firmware - not quite what I was hoping for, and it hasn't solved the issue,

I'm looking at getting a new auto changer, so I'm thinking LTO-4, and
I'm wondering if anyone has good/bad things to say about Tandberg
drives? I realize they are formerly Exabyte, and Exabyte seems to be (in
my feeble mind) a pretty big name in the world of tape drives.
