I don't disable DEP, but set it to essential services only. DEP conflicts with
a few non-Microsoft applications I run on my XenApp servers (v 6.5 here).

Some help desk products have snap-ins to Share Point, so you could look at
current vendor offerings to see if any integrate that way. We use Help Star,
and the current version now integrates with Share Point. We are one rev behind
so I cannot attest to what sort of integration though. Probabl

Hi Folks,
My core switch bank is a series of 3COM (HP) 1GIG managed switches. They've
worked very well. I don't think the exact model is made anymore, so I cannot
add to the current bank.
Looking at my options, what speeds are you now using for your core switches: 1

I saw the graphs when I was looking at vendors but the management sold

Exactly. I like the vendor's presentations where they don't compare to
other products.

I'm about to roll out Ruckus over a six building Campus here. I also have a

SCCM is not a possibility. I already have a systems management tool, and
purchasing SCCM would be overkill for this task. But thanks for the lesson on

Are any of you using power management products? These would be products that
remotely power on/off, enable monitor shutdown, and such. Our KBox can take
advantage of WOL, but I've found in testing that it's not always reliable with
IP changes from DHCP.
We tested a few products and I like on

I've had the same issue you report here when moving department files to new

of it, but can't recall off-hand. You may wish to give it a try.

Anyone using any third-party product to connect to a Polycom/LifeTouch (H.323)
system? We are starting a partnership with other agencies, and we need to
connect to a Polycom unit at one location. I'd prefer not to have to purchase
Polycom devices, rather use a service like WebEx/GotoMeeting.
