Hi!
If you choose a discrete user on the other group (say, group2),
you'll also
need to allow the change_owner permission. OTRS will move the ticket to the
new
queue (owned by group2) and then change the owner to someone else you choosed
from group2. That's why you'll also

Hi,
I would like to be able to add some columns to the CustomerUser table which
could be populated from the interface using a pick list/drop down box rather
than just a plain text field. Is this possible? If so how do I do it?
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for that - I did this and have setup a whole list of mail salutations
to reflect the type of mail.

Hi
How about the Message Of The Day feature? There you can place messages, which
will be shown on the login screen.
http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/dtl-examles.html#AEN1315
Enable it with:
# ShowMotd
# (show message of the day in login screen)
$Self-{ShowMotd} = 1;

I made a greasemonkey script (http://greasemonkey.mozdev.org/) for
firefox to add a Select All link to the queueview page. This will
check the box for bulk action on all displayed

Hallo.
