Hi, as it was already mentioned few days ago when i first asked bout ITSM module for OTRS 2.4.1 it was said that ITSM 1.2 isn't compatible with OTRS 2.4.1, and i believe it still isn't so like many of us, you have to wait for the next ITSM module version to be annonced :-( stay tuned ! :)

Guten Tag, Ich habe queues und subqueues eingerichtet. Wenn ich auf Queue-Ansicht klicke, sehe ich nur die top queues (parent queues). Ich muss noch klicken, damit ich die subqueues (children) sehen kann. Ist es möglich direkt alle queues flach zu sehen (Ansicht flat und nicht tree) ?
