I am getting this error, when log-on to customer portal
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and any
stall package, because package ImportExport
v3.1.1 is required! Currently i m using OTRS 3.1.6.

Hi ALL,
I would like to upload more than 500 customer data in to postgres db of
OTRS. I was tried with copy and pg_upload that have not been successful.

I am looking for Service filtration based on Queue selection in Customer
Panel.
Customer is associated with groups. Services are linked to Customers and
Queues again mapped to Groups. So i am not able to filter the Service
based on Queue.
