Alan hangs out on BB (and has for a long time now!), he's very cool :) We keep joking that he'll have to be the official BB midwife as everyone wants him to live in their town, so he'll have to be the BB mobile midwife!!! Best Regards, Kelly Zantey Creator, BellyBelly.com.au Conception,

Hi all, Can anyone please explain to me what is meant when a MW does a VE and says "the cervix is 6cm dilated but can be stretched to 8cm..". Is this significant of something or just a passing comment? Many thanks, KristinAdvertisement: It's simple! Sell your car for just $20 at carsales.com.au

Hi There, Usually means with a little more pressure on it from the bub's presenting part it should dilate rather easily cause it's soft and stretchy - a nice cervix Amanda Ward Creative Memories Consultant Ph. (07) 3261 4354 Mob, 0417 009 648 Email. [EMAIL PROTECTED] From:

It means that your cervix is soft and should dilate quite quickly with a little stimulation from your baby _ From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kristin Beckedahl Sent: Monday, 29 January 2007 10:52 To: ozmidwifery@acegraphics.com.au Subject: [ozmidwifery]

It's about $2500 in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth and up to $3000-4000 in Melbourne and Sydney. Individual variations within that are common so you need to ask each MW as you're considering her. Some health funds also cover part, at least, of midwifery care. HTH, J - Original Message -
