Well, thanks to all the PDML enablers out there I ordered the K85/1.8. The
response was encouraging enough on the mechanical side but the best thing of
all is it comes with a 6 month warranty!!!
Should receive it on Monday or Tuesday. Only drawback is this pushes back
the acquisition of FA20-35 a

cassette and the Fuji film cassette, such that the Kodak cassettes might
seal in your SF1, but the Fuji cassettes don't completely seal? Not sure if

What you see in the viewfinder does not matter that much - it´s the on film
performance that counts. There is some distortion but less than e.g.. 4.0/28-70 has.

I have no idea of fair price but I have this lens and it is optically very good. If

difference between the film and the view finder image. I will see the

come across an almost new late model LX in mint condition. On the other
hand you will be able to pick up a new MZ-S easily at many camera stores
for several years to come.

Fair price seems to be about $150-$225, depending on condition. It's a
great lens optically, but heavy for a WA-short tele zoom. I paid $175 for
mine.
