Hey, it's not Cotty who's leaving, it's Butch!

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the comments. The cruise was great. The final count was
40,000 cruisers and 1.6 million spectators, and that was a police
count. I shot a lot of stuff with the A400/5.6 on a tripod. I like the
compression I get with the long lens. I've posted two of them.
For landscape, nature, and the like, if it's a several hour drive, or a 'I'm
only going to be here once this year and don't know when I'll be back
again', asking the questions after shooting is too late. It doesn't help
'get the shot'.

Hi Henri, sorry to see you leave ;-)
Just joking. Butch, I hope you will enjoy the time, a vacation from a computer is

separate and located in a different country, good luck to them but it isn't
looking good. :-(

OK - I read the story.
I was also struck by the ad on the right-hand border.
It took me some time to realise it was trying to persuade
me to purchase the clothing being shown.
Or perhaps it's just my mind.If so, I'll keep it.

I beg to differ. He passes no film to anyone. He just plugs an USB cable
I know it's very heavy but is it good?
I dug out a review of this lens (along with the Super A, Motor Drive

28-35mm must be the most versatile 'standard lens' around. Other
examples of this focal length are on the way but Pentax were
