That's not really a good precedent - the tree is on private property,
and you need to be on private property to take the photograph. Not
only that - although they restrict commercial use, they explicitly
allow photography for personal use.

Sometimes when someone sees two images together the difference becomes

Not sure which one you got, but mine has been wonderful. I have many
nice shots from it. Mine is labeled Tokina AT-X AF400 Close Focus
around the distance scale and then a red SD with a red stripe around
the hood.
The shot indicates yours is a nice lens. Have a great time with it.

It's been almost 17 years since my last period of unemployment. The
world is a different place!
At least we can live off my wife's income so I just need to make sure
