2012-06-15 Thread Jens
I bought an old, used Super A. One of the best Pentax'es I've ever had. But the shutter won't work. The battery is off. SHould it work at 1/125 sec. without the battery?. I can't seem to see this in the manual. Answers are gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jens --

OT: Compare Canon G1X to Pentax K-5 and others

Hello list I have compared my whife's new camera with the K-5 and others. This new compact delivers practically DSLR image quality. Judge for your selves: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bladt/sets/72157630101344278/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/bladt/sets/72157630018883207/ All the best

That's right PJ Alling. Many camera or lens manufacturers seem to confuse macro with close-up. Most macro settings don't really do macro images (capture size equal to 1:1 or larger) - jsut close-ups :-) Regards Jens (from Denmark) -- Treat others as you would like to be treated you
