I saw an open source project intended for microfinance called
mifos[1]. What's interesting though is that they have an office in the
Philippines and they're hiring hiring for
a systems administrator[2]. Here's a TEDxSeattle video[3] of one of

i think PLUG should first post or update its vision/mission statement and

then recently, lobby FOSS in gov't/public education but other NGOs are

achiving is one thing while searching is another issue. for the latter, just
make sure that your system supports tagging in order to make your image
search more refined unless you want to implement a search feature that uses
image recognition, then you might want to join this team[1] instead? :)

i saw the slides a few days ago too. the performance
is kinda interesting and worth testing. it can be imple-
mented on newer deployment of machines but it's not
