I updated SlimScrobbler.pm from CVS, but it still doesn't Scrobble
Pandora tracks. Local Library songs and LastFM streamed tracks continue
to scrobble properly.

You'll need to enable the plugin.slimscrobbler debug level logging and
check the log to see what's going wrong.
(I successfully scrobbled a couple of songs from Pandora last night. )

I am using two sound cards and will try to figure out if using the Java

I also posted some detail in the bug tracker.

Hi,
Is it possible to let an external perl script open the plugin menu on
the squeezebox display and let is choose a specific plugin?
I am writing a plugin to copy playlists to my mp3 player. As soon as I
plug in my mp3 player I want a message on the sb display it has

Here's the log:

slimscrobbler_tracks database table exists
Plugins::SlimScrobbler::SlimScrobbler::hookScrobbler (840) hookScrobbler()
engaged, SlimScrobbler V activated.
Looks fine to me - according to that log the plugin has scrobbled the
tracks correctly.
Do you mean that your songs are not showing up in LastFM itself?
It might be because LastFM request that internet radio is tagged
differently:
For some reason Softsqueeze 3.4 is doing the equivalent of an intro
scan when playing music and plays the first 10-20 seconds of each song
then moves onto the next.
I have 3 real players attached and these work find so is this a
setting, or a bug or something else.

From the plugin it looked like the Vienna Teng track scrobbled
correctly, but not the next Mary Chapin Carpenter track.

Yes, but the log you posted stopped there. What happened afterwards?
I suspect that if you just stop playback then the last internet radio
track could not get scrobbled - or
OK, I think I see what you mean.
If I go to my LastFM overview page, I see Recently Listened Tracks.
These only include tracks played from my local Library or streamed from
LastFM stations.
If I, however, click on the edit/see more link, then I get my entire
list of tracks after a small delay.

They'll be using the old submission protocol. But you can't submit
LastFM streamed tracks with the old protocol.
LastFM is never intuitive!

I'm taking this message on the fly, maybe I'm totally off topic, but in

It should definitely work with the latest betas of SlimServer 7 (and has
for some time).
Yes, make sure you enable the plugin (server settings-extras as it's

Exhook, please let me know if you get a newer version of the plugin to
work. I'm afraid to try, a least until I have time on the weekend.
Thx.
