Spotify. A song plays for a few seconds, then it suddenly skips to the
next song. On the next song it either goes full distance or skips to the
next after another few seconds, and so on.

so far. The only thing I can't seem to get working is crossfade with
Spotty and the Squeezelite-X player.
I read somewhere that I need to use Spotify Connect in the settings. I
turned this on but it doesn't seem to make any

I have a Touch and a Radio both controlled by Squeezer on my android
phone.
I searched in Internet radio for Soma FM Suburbs of Goa and the station
showed as a search result. I touched PLAY and though the message
"Playing Suburbs of Goa" appeared, the radio continued with what it had
been playing

I'm not sure if you spotted my question from last month (see above post)
but when you get chance, do you have any suggestions as to what might be
happening from the description and the log I attached to that post?
Thanks

insalled today teh latest Server from 20.05 --> still crashed.
I found that it only happens with my Squeezebox Duet. So what I did I
reinstalled the Firmware of it (although it was the same) and I also
re-installed the spotty Plugin --> now it's working ! Same settings as
before. I still do no

Hi, I've finally found a reason to register, since no one else has
posted this issue, from what I see.

next song. On the next song it either goes full d

If you don't want to include cover art where the artist image lookup
fails what about writing a "trumpeter" image each time it fails but with
the image file name as LMS would write it if it had successfully found
an image.
That then would prevent a later lookup from trying to find something

It still happen's in the afternoon (UK time) but I noticed no problem at
all on Saturday's and Sunday's suggesting it has something to do with
demand on the RP servers. During weekdays the stuttering lasts for about
10 minutes in the hour but there is no discernible pattern other than it
happens

Hello all, I'm a UK resident, Virgin fibre broadband, Max2play-on-pi
powered, listening on Booms, Duets, and an O2 Joggler lover of Radio 4
being driven mad by intermittent buffering on BBC streams. What is the
optimal stream selection priority I should be using, and/or buffering
options? I know
Astonishing ... I tried with the standard web UI (Firefox on Windows)
and with the Material Skin plugin (Chrome on Android). No .pdf was
listed. Only .jpg files were displayed via the "Local Artwork" menu.
Oh, PDFs are considered text files. There's another menu item for these.
They're treated
