I agree with Ken whole-heartedly! In the last few weeks I have come across users who do not know the difference between Windows and Word - as far as they are concerned Word is Windows and vice-versa. I have one who couldn't understand why she a) couldn't see a PDF document from within Word and b)

Nah - they are users and don't want to be confused by details . Most of them wouldn't know an extension if it bit them on the leg. They store everything in My Documents and have no concept of folders or, in some cases, meaningful titles - but enough of the foibles of users. Like most here I am i
