Is there some patch which can provide this functionality?

Hello,
I am searching a patch for a minimal support for VRFY.
I need qmail to answer with a status code of 250 for VRFY
command when it is querying postmaster@domain_in_locals
@machine's_real_name for the query and it worked that way, so
the only thing I think to be checked is the status code.
And correct me if I am mistaken, but the only thing which should be
checked is the status code anyway.

Look at www.qmail.org for some patches.
Look at the qmail FAQ for settings in pine.conf (sendmail-path should be
set, and inbox-path may need to be set).

I had install qmail with Maildirs, and I need setup the pine

they did not state in the zone expectations that MX record should be
present, only that mail should be deliverable to postmaster@zone.

preferably even different limit for each domain.
I would not like to do this somewhere after qmail-smtpd, because that way
the message gets accepted and hence transferred to our machine even if it

Is somewhere a patch for this?

it tried to ask them. It of course took a long time to timeout all
connections to the unreachable hint servers.
The solution was to took out hints from the DNS if not connected to the
internet.
