I'm in the Los Angeles area and it's 80 here today. Even though I'm spoiled
with warm winters in my area I'm still like the rest of you and hate winter.
But at least it's bearable here and never stops me from going out. I've been a
quad for 24 years and one thing I highly recommend is moving to

chair, never a tilt. I like that my knees get bending during raises and better
blood flow for legs. I try and recline once a hour as well and even more when

how fast time goes by. It's amazing how much we adapt to new challenges in life

I'm in California and have had my license for about 7 years. I had a regular
license before my injury and it expired years later. When I got a van I could
drive I applied for a new license. They did make me go through a few extra
steps like a driving evaluation from a hospital and a DMV
as a salvage loss. Due to
all the money spent on modifications my van is worth more than the regular van
of the same year. They paid close to 6,000 in repairs to the front end.

Any extra movement will increase your balance and strength. As far as it making

I use Thermazene Silver Sulfadiazine Cream 1% with a gauze patch over it in the
morning when I get up and put cream again when I go to bed with no patch. Try
to stay off it as much as possible while you have the pressure sore. This seems
