Do you have an alarm timeout configured, or is the timeout=0. This can be configured in SBS, not sure about MySB as I don't use that service. I'm thinking that if the timeout isn't 0, that it might cause the audio to stop thinking that an alarm had previously been started. If it is 0, it

Do you not use squeezeboxserver at all? There is an option in squeezeboxserver to synchronize to mysqueezebox.com, and that has caused similar issues with presets dissapearing and changing. I don't know if mysqueezebox.com has a similar setting. -- tcutting
