On my Roadeo, I have Tektro R538 brakes with Planet Bike plastic fenders, not sure of the width, Vittoria Corsa 700 x 28 tires on Velocity A23 rims. All work really well together, plenty of room for a 32 tire, but that would probably be the max on this bike/fender combo. Regards, JohnS On
