Hello All
this is urgent for me,
its like this...
am running 2.2.17 kernel and there is huge shell script done by some
person with various variable and parameters called by ipchains. Now i
dont have time to debug.
By default the icmp packet is denied externa

There's no fvwm2 in the pull-down menu in the xdm login window. The
only choices I have are default, kde, gnome, and failsafe. I thought
default would do it, since fvwm2 is specified in both ~/.xinitrc and
~/.xsession. But default still gives me kde. Rats.

~/.xsession. Now I have a .xinitrc and .xsession which are identical
and look exactly like:

I still can't get rid of kde. When I set the default runlevel to 3, I
can issue 'startx' from the command line,

I just finished loading Redhat Linux 7 however the OS doesn't seem to be

900Mhz and RH standart installation will not work what so ever.

Interestingly enough, I added "eth1" to the "daemon /usr/sbin/dhcpd eth1"
line, and restarted dhcpd. Then, I commented out the port 67 and 68 lines
in my firewall config, and restarted the firewall.
I then watched my firewall drop the DHCP requests in the bit bucket.

Try installing it again using rpm -Uvh even though it is already
installed. This will update the database. Then you should be able to
remove it using rpm -e.

Am I correct in thinking that when it works, you are in the root directory
for that FS? e.g. if you have /mnt/windows can you create /mnt/windows/file1
but not /mnt/windows/tempdir/file2?
If this is the case, then check your fstab entry. I've got the following one
