I included /usr/games/fortune in my .bashrc. Then I su to root to
compile xsysinfo with rpm --rebuild --targer i686, and then tried to

I tried to install RHS 6.2 on a P4B with a Rage 128 Pro video board (a
Jupiter board). (I have seen this problem already
I just applied the RHSA-2002-035 upgrade (php-4.0.6-9.7.0) and had to
manually uncomment the following line in /etc/php.ini after the upgrade:
extension=mysql.so
If you have a backup of your old php.ini, do a diff against the new
php.ini. That may give you some clues. Hope this helps.

You can get all these at the Ximian ftp site where you got the evol
RPM. Install all the libraries with: -ivh --replacefiles. This might
break a few things, but my system seems to work fine.

the standard configuration in your case is to set the machine which has the
internet connection as a gateway for the home lan. it will get one (and
only one) public ip address from the provider through the wan
