Hey Kyel it is very simple if you have a windows 98 cd or boot disk
just insert it in. If you are using the boot disk just type in
fdsik /mbr that will remove it. With cd tell it to boot with cdrom
support and change directorys to win98 and run fdisk /mbr that deltes
the master boot recorded
what messages/errors are you getting when you try to boot from the HD?
You may want to make a boot disk from win98/winme and do a fdisk /mbr from
the boot disk.
I find that if there is a previous windows install on the hard drive you
have to clear the mbr with a windows version of fdisk.
